Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?

A. Yes, if you did not receive information about the root cause of your issue, resulting in you being unhappy with your Transformation session, please speak with me directly towards the end of your session and ask for a refund. Your satisfaction is very important to me. But please note, you must discuss this with me during your session – email requests or Facebook messages will not be accepted.

Q.What is your refund / cancellation policy?

A. 48 hours’ notice must be provided when cancelling or rescheduling a session. In the event of a cancellation, a 10% admin fee may be retained. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice or more. For requests with less than 48 hours’ notice and no shows, the full cost of the session will be forfeited as this time has been specifically set aside for you.
